Licenses, privacy, and purchase policies.
Effective August 21, 2026. The license file delivered with your purchase controls if it differs from this public summary.
Digital-product refund policy
Because access is delivered immediately, all sales are final and non-refundable once access is provided, except where required by applicable law. If the files are inaccessible or materially defective, use the contact information in your Square purchase receipt within seven days. We will repair delivery or replace the affected files.
Individual License
One named user may use the framework for personal work and commercial client outputs. The product files, worksheets, templates, and substantial adaptations may not be shared with coworkers, collaborators, clients, students, or the public. More than one user requires a Team License.
Team License
One legal entity may designate up to five named users. Those users may store the product in an access-controlled workspace and use it for internal work and client outputs. Affiliates, outside collaborators, contractors, students, and additional users are not included unless they occupy a named seat or obtain separate licensing.
Prohibited uses
- No resale, sublicensing, redistribution, public upload, course-library placement, or prompt-marketplace distribution.
- No placement in a model-training dataset or unrestricted shared drive.
- No removal of authorship, copyright, license, or attribution notices.
Privacy and notice at collection
When you use this site, we may collect contact information you submit, such as your email address; transaction and license information supplied after a purchase, but not your payment-card number; device and usage information such as IP address, browser type, page URL, referring page, advertising click identifiers, and events such as page views, checkout selections, and completed purchases; and your privacy choices. We collect this information from you, your browser or device, and service providers that help operate the site. Do not submit sensitive information through this site.
How we use information
We use information to operate and secure the site, deliver the free readiness check and purchased files, process and support purchases, administer licenses, prevent fraud, measure site performance, attribute advertising, communicate with you when requested, and comply with law. Optional analytics and advertising tools run only according to your privacy choices.
Service providers and advertising partners
Netlify provides site hosting and form delivery. Square processes purchases and payment information under Square's own privacy practices; this site does not collect payment-card details. When you permit optional tools and those tools are enabled, Google Analytics may receive site-usage events and Meta may receive browser identifiers and activity to measure and optimize advertising. We may also disclose information to professional advisers or authorities when reasonably necessary to protect rights, prevent fraud, or comply with law. We do not sell personal information for money.
Purchase measurement
A visit to a confirmation page is not treated as proof of purchase. Where purchase measurement is configured, the site asks Square to verify that the payment is completed, belongs to the expected store location, and contains an approved Creative Source Code product before a purchase event can be sent to an analytics or advertising provider. Those provider events are sent only when the matching optional category was permitted. A declined or missing optional consent choice does not block checkout or file delivery.
Advertising choices and California notice
Some privacy laws may treat disclosure of browser identifiers and site activity to an advertising partner for cross-context behavioral advertising as “sharing.” You can opt out at any time through the control. We honor qualifying browser-based opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, where required. You do not need to create an account to opt out, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. Whether a specific privacy law applies depends on its legal thresholds; this notice does not claim that every listed right applies in every location.
Your rights and requests
Depending on where you live and whether the applicable law covers us, you may have rights to know or access personal information, correct it, delete it, opt out of its sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and receive equal service after exercising a right. Use the request form below. We may take reasonable steps to verify a request where the law permits. An authorized agent may submit a request where applicable.
Retention
We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above. Transaction and license records are retained as needed for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and license-enforcement requirements. Lead records are retained until you unsubscribe or they are no longer needed for delivery and communication. Privacy-choice records are retained as needed to honor and document those choices. Analytics and advertising event data is retained for the shortest period configured with the provider, then deleted or de-identified.
Children
This site and product are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
Changes
We may update this notice when our practices or service providers change. The effective date at the top of this page will show the latest revision. Use the privacy request form above for privacy questions.
